Rompetrol, Allianz Tiriac si Bancpost angajeaza. Ultimele locuri de munca date spre publicitate in prima saptamana a lunii noiembrie pot fi gasite mai jos! Nu va faceti insa prea multe sperante! Role:

Carries out the product and services procurement process at the company /group level in order to solve the internal customers’ requests in line with the internal norms and procedures in force.

Responsibilities:

Prepares and develops bid documents and supplier bid lists to obtain competitive quotations on products and services.

Solicits information regarding a variety of products by telephone, facsimile, interview or written requests ensuring cost effectiveness commensurate with quality.

Reviews tenders and purchase award documentation with respect to quality, suitability, delivery and pricing.

Ensures that all purchasing is in compliance with regulations and laws according to the current Procurement procedure

Prepares and maintains accurate records and documentation on all solicitations, responses, purchases, contracts, correspondence and related follow up.

Interviews current suppliers to improve levels of service and new suppliers to develop and establish new sources of supply.

Coordinates and resolves problems with end user departments and suppliers.

Administering the relationships with suppliers of products and services in order to develop the company’s existing portfolio by identifying new opportunities for collaboration;

Carries out the execution and conclusion of products and services purchasing contracts at company’s level in order to comply with stipulated contractual conditions, renegotiation or organizing a selection of tender where needed;

Administering the client/supplier database in order to maintain it within the actual parameters;

Carries out audit missions on suppliers for compliance with the documents submitted and identify potential deviations;

Operates orders and invoices in ERP system (PR, PO, Match AP);

Provide reports required by accounting and operations departments;

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics;

One year exposure to economical field and/or related process analysis, activity assessment or equivalent combination;

One year of experience in purchasing / procurement department within a complex environment is an important asset;

Excellent communication skills;

Good negotiation skills;

Excellent analytical skills;

Very good knowledge of English;

Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel tool);

Fast learner, able to understand complex organizations;

Cerinte:

Studii superioare economice;

Minim 1 an experienta in domeniul asigurarilor;

Experienta anterioara in activitati de colectare creante constituie un avantaj;

Foarte bune cunostinte operare pc ( excel si power point);

Limba engleza nivel avansat;

Foarte bune abilitati de comunicare (oral si scris), proactiv, dinamism, rezistenta la stres, abilitati de planificare, coordonare si prioritizare, foarte bune abilitati de management al timpului, spirit de echipa, capacitate de analiza si sinteza.

Responsibilities:

•             Responsible  with keeping the permanent connection with the international large corporate companies in order to build and maintain client’s data base and increasing the quality of the provided services;

•             Regularly visits the clients from the portfolio and the potential ones for updating them with the changes occurred in the products and services portfolio of the bank and for checking the status of the existing clients;

•             Permanently ensure that customer services are top quality and regularly check customer satisfaction, taking appropriate measures;

•             Collaborates directly with all the internal structures of the Bank for finding the best solutions to all the requests of the portfolio clients.

Requirements:

•             Advanced education-preferably in the economic area;

•             Minimum 3 years working experience on a corporate banking sales position;

•             Very good sales and negotiation skills,;

•             Integrity, perseverance, dynamism, efficiency and pro-activeness ;

•             Fluency in English, good PC skills.
