In timp ce Raiffeisen ofera un post pretabil pentru un specialist in economie pur si simplu … Credit Agricole cauta mai degraba un specialist pe zona juridica a acestui domeniu. Cel mai interesant si provocator job pare a fi insa cel scos la concurs de Oracle – care cauta un specialist in economie care sa fie mai degraba un consultant pentru devoltarea unor servicii / produse cu profil financiar … un job ce presupune o suma de cunostinte avansate nu atat de economie cat mai ales cu privire la modul de organizare si functionare a pietelor si sistemelor de specialitate … Provocator si interesant! Global Sales Engineering (GSE) is looking for a rock star individual contributor to play an important role in the creation of sales demos for our growing Applications products.  Global Sales Engineering develops and delivers the technical software systems, product guidance, demo scripts, videos and other compelling demo content to enable Oracle’s global sales teams to grow Oracle revenue.

GSE is looking for an experienced, energetic and innovative Financials functional expert who will be responsible for supporting Applications Pre-sales demos primarily across EMEA but also working as part of the global team.  We are looking for professionals who hold a University degree in Business Administration, Economics or comparable.  The successful applicant will also have experience with Financial software products (preferably Oracle Applications EBS) and also solid experience in the business side of Financial Management/Accounting.  English advanced is a prerequisite.

Profile:

To fulfil the role of GSE Consultant we are looking for individuals that match the following profile:

Business:

Good understanding of the Financial Management/Accounting areas (especially GL, AP, AR – wider is mandatory)

Worked in a business role – preferably with exposure to Financial Applications

Working knowledge in Project Management Applications would be a plus

Good understanding of Oracle or similar products

Experience (worked with) ERP software products; preferably Oracle E-Business Suite

Most important is an eagerness to learn!  Oracle has an incredibly broad (and growing) portfolio of industry leading products.  If you find it interesting and fun to pick up new product, master it in a very short timeframe and solve problems then this is the place to be!

Responsiblities:

Demonstration Support: EMEA and Global Financials functional demos:

Troubleshoot demo flow issues and provide solutions to product / demo content gaps

Ensure timely resolution of functional and technical demo issues

Coordinate Demo Advisory Calls: provide demo advice, setup, support and advise on demo logistics

Coordinate technical requests for demo

Work with Pre-sales consultants to design and build demos

Keep own product knowledge up-to-date in line with Financials development

Pro-active involvement in the Financials community across EMEA

Global functional support:

Work with global functional support team to triage global demo issues, product bugs and demo gaps

Understand, test and support solution footprint, demo flows and demo integrations

Co-ordinate and host TOIs and identify demo collateral for areas of ownership

Work closely with GSE Build Team to provide feedback and input for demo flows

Desired Skills and Experience

Qualifications / Skills (Required):

University degree in Business Administration, Economics or comparable

English Advanced proficiency and fluency (including writing) are mandatory

An ability to produce results in a fast pace environment with constantly changing priorities

Excellent written and oral communications skills

Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills

Skills / Qualities (Desirable):

Good communication skills, able to articulate key messages very clearly

Results orientation, you won’t be satisfied until the job is done with the right quality!

Ability to work in virtual teams.  To get a specific job done often requires working together with many colleagues spread out in different countries

Self motivated, you have the natural drive to learn and pick up new challenges
